What to Expect
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If it is your first appointment, your paperwork will be emailed to you. Please have it completed before you arrive.
- Wear athletic or loose-fitting clothes so we can best apply our hands on techniques to your skin.
- Appointments are 1 hour long with the undivided attention of your therapist.
- During the initial evaluation we will put you through tests which may cause a little more soreness at first, but this is normal and necessary to learn about your body. This type of soreness is expected when your body tries something new, but this will improve as treatment progresses.
- Your plan of care, including how often and how many weeks you will be seen, will be determined in collaboration with your therapist at the time of your evaluation.
- Payment is due at the time of service. You will be provided with a form with steps to help you receive reimbursement from your insurance company as well as a copy of your bill.
