Golf is all about efficiency and consistency. Through our Golf Performance Assessment we can help pick out the things that may be limiting your potential or creating inconsistencies in your contact. We put you through a functional screen which is specific to the body movements in your golf swing. This screen gives us an idea of how your body moves. Next, we will film your swing from two different angles then sit down with you to review what swing characteristics we see. We take the results from your functional screen and compare it with what we see when you swing a golf club. After assessing your movement, we will create an action plan to combine manual techniques and corrective exercises to help you move more efficiently.
